Welcome! We’re excited to have you join our team. To support your health and well-being, the Company provides a comprehensive benefits program for eligible employees and their families.

Benefits eligibility
Telepictures, WAG, Warner Horizon, and TV Affiliates employees who meet the eligibility criteria may enroll themselves, their spouse or domestic partner, and their dependent child(ren) up to age 26 in group medical coverage. For eligibility details, refer to the Summary Plan Description and List of Participating Employers. Note: You will need to provide a copy of your marriage certificate in order to enroll your spouse, birth certificates to enroll your children, and the Domestic Partner Affidavit to enroll your domestic partner.

You must enroll within 30 days of your eligibility date — this is the first day of the month following 30 continuous days of employment. If you miss the deadline, you’ll need to wait until the next annual Open Enrollment to enroll in benefits unless you experience a qualified life event.  

Enrollment checklist

  • Learn about your benefit options. To see the plans you’re eligible for, your costs and complete details about each plan, choose your group on the MY OPTIONS page.

  • Use Provider Search to find in-network medical providers and dental providers.

  • Complete and submit the Benefits Enrollment Form. Save it first in your computer, then upload to our Secure Web Link for Employee Forms. If you prefer to mail your form (no faxes or emails, please) send it to: Benefits, 3500 West Olive, Suite 1000, Burbank, CA 91505

  • Complete and submit the Life Insurance Beneficiary Form. You will automatically receive Company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance when you elect medical or dental coverage but you must complete the beneficiary form. Note: Under law, any Company-paid life insurance coverage over $50,000 is taxable “imputed income” and will be reported on your W-2 Form. You may opt out of coverage in excess of $50,000 by signing a waiver form.
