To be eligible for TV Affiliates non-union production benefits, you must be paid by a TV Affiliates Participating Employer and expected to work on average 30 hours/week for the duration of the production season. You are eligible on the first of the month following 30 days of continuous employment.

Complete and submit the Life Insurance Beneficiary Form and upload to our Secure Web Link for Employee Forms. You will automatically receive Company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance when you elect medical or dental coverage but you must complete the beneficiary form. Note: Under law, any Company-paid life insurance coverage over $50,000 is taxable “imputed income” and will be reported on your W-2 Form. You may opt out of coverage in excess of $50,000 by signing a waiver form.
