Voluntary Benefits can be an important and valuable addition to your overall benefits package. That’s why we’re excited to introduce a selection of voluntary benefits for you and your family. With the exception of pet insurance, you must enroll within 30 days of your initial eligibility. You pay the vendors directly for your coverage (not through payroll deductions).
Accident Insurance pays you a lump sum benefit to help cover out-of-pocket expenses related to a covered injury
Critical Illness Insurance pays you a lump sum benefit to help cover out-of-pocket expenses related to a covered serious illness
Pet Insurance can help you and your family cover the costs of veterinary care which includes a group discount for TW Ventures employees

How to enroll for Accident, Critical Illness or Group Whole Life Insurance
Complete the Transamerica Accident Enrollment Form and/or Critical Illness Enrollment Form
Complete the Electronic Funds Transfer Authorization Form and submit it directly to Piedmont Pays per the instructions provided. This step is required to complete your enrollment.
Submit the enrollment form(s) to Benefits, using the Secure Web Link for Employee Forms (drag & drop). Faxes and scans will not be accepted.
How to enroll for Pet Insurance
Go to www.petsnationwide.com and enter “TW Ventures” in the search bar that says, “Search For Your Company.” Pricing shown will reflect your employee discount.
